- I develop and conduct employee security on-boardings and orientation
- I am the IT contact for new client/vendor/MSA security concerns

- I helped support 300+ in-office and remote pc and mac users around the world
- I admined and helped maintain our SFTP systems
- I wrote, organized, and edited SOPs, user documentation, and comms
- I helped architect our Helpdesk and document library and wrote the docs
