• I help support a group of 300+ in-office and remote laptop users around the world.
• I admin and help maintain our SFTP systems
• I write, organize, and edit SOPs, user documentation, and comms
• I helped build our Helpdesk ticket flow and document library structure
• I also (pre-COVID) handled all local facilities and office management needs

2010-2016: Research Support Associate @ Big Village
(We processed 120,000 paper surveys, from envelopes to dataset, a quarter)

• I optimized and maintained a survey scanning system and associated processes

2008-2010: Call Center Interviewer @ Big Village

• I helped conduct research and outreach of at-risk youth populations

2005-2007: Editor @ The Intermedia Advertising Group
(IAG tracked broadcast TV engagement data. This was a big deal in 2005)

• I polished the output of a team of survey question writers

Current Fun Projects:

• Standardizing 4" x 4" x 4" bread recipes ("Cube Bread" - working on cinnamon blueberry!)
• Adjusting my 3D printer's nozzle up .1mm and back down again and frowning a lot
• Tweaking my streaming software setup but never going live
