Protein: Broiled Chicken


Boneless skinless chicken thighs, marinated any number of ways, broiled 4" from the element on high, for 8-10 minutes per side, are a reliable way to prep protein for dinner without any work other than the marinade.

Marinade options:

Mexican: olive oil, lime juice and zest, seeded chile (jalpeno, etc) fresh cilantro, chicken powder, adobo powder, tumeric, sugar, salt and pepper

Chinese salamander: light soy, dark soy, oyster sauce, salt, chicken powder, sugar

Italian citrus: olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, italian herb mix, fresh parsley, sugar, salt, pepper
